Carrying a fire arm with you

As for my last post about this while passing thru the state of OHIO if you are stopped by a law officer and do not notify the officer that you are in possession of a firearm and have a firearm permit from your state or from the company you are driving for that firearm must be holtered or at least 24 inches away from you and not loaded in a secure compartment such as a glove box or anyother compartment as not to have immediate access to,if you do not warn the officer who has stopped you he can arrest you and you will be brought up on felony charges or a 4th degree misdemeaner charge just another thing from the state of Ohio for you drivers passing thru to complain about so BEWARE

Interesting topic when you hear of all of the bad things that go on about truckers out there. If I was driving these days there would be no way I wouldn't have a gun with me. It's that simple. Remember, people kill people, guns don't kill people, but if somebody is bringing something on serious to you and your spouse or kids while you are on the road, at least you're ready. Driving all over the country significantly increases your odds of having these kinds of problems compared to the average folks who have jobs and stay at home everyday.
