I was cut off and the driver slamed his brake on in front of mee three time them got out of his car threatend me then assalted me when I finlly defended myself I was charge with assalt and on friday june 8 was convicted of a assalt and now have a crimanal record for driving safely.

It was in Edmoton ab. the police said it did not happen and that I was a lier. I have turned in my class 1 never drive a truck again 30yr exp gone because of this. No help from anyone yet trucker in this city are aload to be attack by puplic and your safe driving does not matter to anyone better to hit the person than get a crimanal record a truckers  life is worthless to here. lost my job on monday.

No it was not the judge said everything i said was a lie because the guy who attacked my said so. all the wittnesses storys were differnent on the stand and from there statements
