Looking for a Co Driver

Greetings all,

     I'm looking for a co driver to run teams on a dedicated reefer account. It's hauling produce to/from South Texas, South Florida and some California to the Northeast, and yes, it includes Hunts Point, but not to often. The customer is located in West Tennessee, about 30 miles North of Jackson in Greenfield, Tn.

The pay is .48cpm split and average at least 4000 miles a week, usually more. Also get a quarterly safety/retention bonus of .02 cpm. This is a company position with Milan Express, and health, dental, vision and disability insurance are all available. Health is Blue Cross.

The truck we will be driving is a 2012 ProStar sky rise with an apu and double bunk. I have a microwave and cooler in the truck.

I'm looking for a co driver that is a non smoker, easy going, and willing to work hard every day to make the miles. I would prefer a female co driver if you're comfortable with it. I AM married, and my wife is ok with me driving team with a female. I'm 44 and have been driving for 21 years, most of it in reefers.

I've been running this account since day one when Milan got it, and I'm averaging 900 to 1200 per week.
