The U.S. National Average was $3.871 this week.
Up $.155 from previous week and up $.967 from one year ago.
Where is it going to stop?
How are the prices in Canada?

Amy, Here is what my clients and friend is experiencing up in Canada. He just started using it so it will get better. An Owner Operator can look at getting back $250 to 900$ per month depending on their particular engine after the cost of the product. Anything back is better than nothing at all and that help stay in business.
Peter A: 6-13-12 My own test is going well and although I haul heavy loads (licensed for 63500 kilo's ) on bush roads, gravel road and highway, I am using less fuel, approx 50 litres less so far and I feel the engine is running smoother with more power!
Here is what it is and what it does:http://www.fueldirect365.net/603669/trucker
My Son who still lives in the UK told me he paid 1.48 pounds stirling per liter to fill up last week ! Thats around $9.00 a gallon and we worry about the price of fuel here.
Diesel here in Canada is 1.32 a litre.
that is 5.99 per imperial gallon. There is 4.54 liters in 1 imp. gallon.
1 us gallon = 3.78 liters
I hope this helps
Lorne
And going higher...
Thanks Lorne

I have customers in the OH and PA area that are only at .20 fuel surcharge. It has been an extremely stressful time as a broker, tensions are high making carriers angry with brokers. The carriers NEED "X" amount and "X" amount is several hundred dollars more than what the companies are paying. Every single call I make, I am asking for a higher rate. The customer's are not being flexible or even realistic. I asked one guy if he is in the habit of selling his steel at 0 profit, he responded with a rude "NO" to which I replied, "yet you expect us (speaking for the carriers, not myself) to move your steel for 0 profit?"
I'm paying $1.37 Canadian up here in Northern BC. As a driving school owner and instructor, fuel economy and efficient driving practices are becoming a much bigger issue than ever.
4. 47 a gallon here where i am just across from cornwall in the states
I just started working for anew carier who told me what their formula for calculateing their fuel surcharge is, this is something we should all start demanding, so that we can hold them accountable and better manage our own affairs.
